BEFORE we listed the home in the MLS we launched a massive Facebook "Coming Soon" ad. The ad below was seen by 20,987 people. 5,057 people clicked on a photo, liked the ad, or commented ("Engagements" below). The most important statistic is that 784 people clicked on the landing page link. As soon as they clicked on the link our web site captured their names and email addresses that they registered with Facebook (ensuring 100% data accuracy). These 784 people were then instantly emailed or called within five minutes if they registered with a phone number. We use a 100% U.S. company called Agentology to engage users within five minutes of registration. They text, call, and email users for five days to see if they want to see our listings. Coming Soon ads promoting exclusive listings which are NOT in the MLS create strong interest and inquires into our listings BEFORE they even hit the market.

We emailed our entire database of over 5,300 potential buyers the Coming Soon announcement below. These buyers have visited our web site, searched for homes, or clicked on our Facebook ads over the last 18 months.
